National wind power predictions
Using information on installed power and hourly wind power output data Aeolis is able to issue wind power forecasts for entire regions. Aeolis issues national wind power predictions for Portugal, Germany (RWE, EON, Vattenfall, ENBW) and the Netherlands. It is possible to issue predictions until 240 hours in advance.
The graphs show the national day ahead wind power forecast (red) issued at 09:00 am valid for the next day from 01:00 am until 24:00, together with the actual wind power output (blue).
